I offer yoga as a practice of coming back into the body with care — not to push, perfect, or perform, but to notice, breathe, and build trust with ourselves again.
My teaching is shaped by my work as an educator, executive-function coach, and creative practitioner. Classes are trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and deeply respectful of where each body is on any given day.
This is yoga for people who may feel overwhelmed, tired, tender, or curious — and who are looking for a practice that meets them where they are.
Gentle, grounding movement
Breath as an anchor for regulation
Clear structure with room for choice
Language that invites rather than demands
Attention to nervous-system safety
I believe yoga can be a place of steadiness, especially in seasons of transition, grief, anxiety, or change. Rest is not an afterthought here — it is part of the work.
