I offer yoga as an instructional, movement-based practice that supports coming back into the body with care - without pressure to push, perfect, or perform. In class, we focus on noticing breath, learning foundational postures, and building body awareness through guided practice.

My teaching is shaped by my work as an educator, executive-function coach, and creative practitioner. I prioritize clear instruction, accessible options, and physical safety, with an approach that respects each student’s starting point and encourages choice-making within a structured class format.

These classes are for people who want a steady, approachable yoga practice —whether you’re new to yoga or returning after time away, and who prefer instruction that is calm, practical, and welcoming.

Private Yoga Sessions

Small Group / Community Classes
